JOI Simulator: Set the Session, Then Survive It
A JOI simulator is just a session you configure before it runs you. You pick the length, the trainer and the audio, and then the thing takes over: rising BPM, an edge you have to call, a hold you have to sit through. Free, browser-based, 18+.
Play Edge Trainer →What a simulator changes
Most JOI online is fixed. Somebody recorded it once, and every person who plays it gets the same eleven minutes in the same order. A simulator runs on parameters instead, so the session is assembled around what you chose, and two runs are not the same run. You are not watching a recording of somebody else's pace. You are inside a loop that is timing you.
It also means you can lose. Set Master when you have only ever finished Easy and you will find out fast.
Your session parameters
Three things to set, and then you commit:
- Length: Easy is 2 rounds, about 5:53. Medium 3 rounds, 7:42. Hard 4 rounds, 10:39. Master 5 rounds, 13:33.
- Trainer: one of 59, each with a name and a personality.
- Audio: a metronome beat, or real recorded moans. Edge-control tips on screen, on or off.
The five phases it puts you through
Every round is the same shape, which is what makes it trainable: Build (follow the rising BPM), Edge (get to the brink and tap to say so), Surf (slow right down and hold it, breathing steady, pelvic floor loose), Cooldown (hands off), and on the final round only, Finish. Build it, edge it, hold it. Then again, and again, until the last one lets you go.
The numbers you get back
This is the part a recorded clip cannot give you. When the session ends you get stats: total duration, how many edges you called, your average BPM. That turns a session into a score, and a score into something to beat next time. You can share the result if you want to make it a competition with someone.
Want the plain version first? The JOI game page explains the rounds without the settings talk, and edge control covers what to actually do during the surf phase when it stops being comfortable.
FAQ
What is a JOI simulator?
A JOI session built from settings rather than played back from a recording. You choose the length, the trainer and the audio, and the game generates the rounds and times you through them, so it responds to your run instead of ignoring it.
How is it different from a JOI video?
A video is the same every time and finishes whether you did or not. Here the round waits for you to call the edge, the rhythm changes with the phase, and you get stats at the end. You are in it, not watching it.
How long does a session take?
Between about six and fourteen minutes, depending on the level. Easy is roughly 5:53 and Master is roughly 13:33.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
Free, and no. Clear the 18+ gate and pick your settings. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Can I change the settings mid-session?
You can switch the audio and toggle the tips while you play. The level is set at the start, so if you picked Master you are committed to five rounds.
